Galito's is for Chicken lovers

Are you a Chicken lover? I personally am!!! someone who has read my food posts would know by now.. that I prefer chicken over vegetarian or any other meat. While I passed from the ITPL road, I noticed this place many times, and one a weekend decided to head there. This is newly opened outlet, but still I could observed that it was crowded with few free spaces. We grabbed a table on the 1st floor seating area.

Ambiance : The decor is simple with browns and reds dominating the ambiance, giving it a peppy look. We took a nice corner table along with my family. They also have a takeaway counter on the ground floor along with a proper seating on the 1st floor. In ways it did remind me of a glorified MacDonalds.
The waiter provided us with paper menu's and sauces were kept on the table.

Food: This is the place for a chicken lover's. They say that the cuisine is Portuguese and African, but I felt that the tastes were customized to Indian Palette. The menu had salads, burgers, fries and some rice based combos. There was a also a child menu, where small portions and child specific recipes were there.

Here is what I ordered and my reviews -
Chicken Burger with Peri Peri sauce served with salad or fries -
Juicy chicken breast stuffed with spicy sauces and mayo, loved it absolutely. We opted for salad instead of fries, but I would have loved more if they gave both.

Chicken Strips and Rice -
Strips of yummy chicken served with veggie rice and decorated with mayo. You can ask the chef to make it spicier. This was also good.

Honey Chicken Strips -
For my young baby who doesn't tolerate any level of chilli, I ordered this dish from their child menu. My child loved it, it was sweet-ish chicken strips, served over a loadful of fries. The chicken was cooked soft, so children can relish it.

The food is yummy but I felt the quantity is a bit less for the price they charge..
Also this is not the place for vegetarians. Very few options for them.

Service - Since it is newly opened, the service is very good, The attendant is knowledgeable about the dishes and also recommends you what to order. You can also ask him to customize the spice level or food options for you. I think when he saw me taking pictures, their manager also came to ask me if I liked the food (may be he thought I will put this on Zomato).

Price - Every dish is in the range of Rs 250-350. A meal for two will cost around Rs800/-
Our bill for the above food was around Rs. 1000/-

All in all, it was a nice evening with good food and to satiate the chicken cravings.
