Keralian cuisine @Thalassery Review

Thalaserry restaurant is known for its South-Indian cuisine and they have couple of outlets around Bangalore. They opened a new outlet in Whitefield area in Bangalore and I decided to try it out.
Here is my review -

Food - We have tried Butter chicken earlier at this place and it was aweful (my bad - I should try the food they are famous for). So this time, we ordered Thalaserry special chicken and Chicken Chettinad.
Thalaserry Special chicken - Made in nice coconut flavor gravy - in malabary style, low spicy and good

Chicken chettinad
Chicken Chettinad - Yummy!!! Perfect spice, good quantity of chicken and a nice gravy - Good choice, if you happen to try this restaurant, both these dishes can be ordered.

Kerala paratha - In a Keralian cuisine restaurant, we decided to try a Kerala paratha - nicely made and soft.

Curd Rice - Much better and flavorful than the curd rice available in other places in the city.

Service - Good service. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed with a muskmelon juice as a welcome drink. Though a bit too sweet for my taste, I still loved the gesture of offering complimentary thirst quencher to customers.
Also there are many waiters lingering around, so the delivery is pretty quick.

Ambiance - Simple no-frills ambiance. Good seating and lights. The kitchen has a glass so the cooks etc. are visible to customers.

Location - Whitefield - Near the Ascendas Park Square mall. One plus point is that they have parking space available and also a guard outside to help with the parking, unlike many other restaurants in bangalore

Price - Very reasonable. A meal for two costs around Rs. 500/-

Overall a nice dinner, can be tried for regular dinner outings.
